In-Home Design Consultation
Our first meeting will take place in your home, where you & your designer will discuss in depth your family dynamics, lifestyle & how you envision using your new space. We will ask about your design &
Showroom Consultation
Our next meeting will take place at our showroom, located on the Gold Coast Queensland. You will be introduced to our product offerings with actual working displays & you will be able to view the Smart Joinery portfolio, showing our most recent works. Your Designer will review the scope & timeline of your project & discuss the extent of remodeling necessary to execute the work.
Design Concept & Quotation
You will then be presented with the digital concept ideas developed for your project. At this meeting, you will review all the final documentation, including floor plans, elevations, interpretive drawings & specifications. In conjunction with your designs, we will present a quotation, the deposit required for the concept drawings, commencement & schedule of payments.
On-Site Meeting
Another onsite meeting is then required to check-measure all sizes, ensuring a smooth installation process. All cabinetry is manufactured in house, prior to installation.
Project Management
Smart Joinery can also assist with
